This competition is not connected to Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by participants is not Facebook/Instagram, but the General Student Committee (AStA) of Fulda University of Applied Sciences (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).
1. Eligibility:
Only enrolled students from Fulda University of Applied Sciences are eligible to participate.
Appropriate proof (e.g. student ID) may be required if you win.
AStA employees and members are excluded from participation.
2. Eligibility requirements:
- Follow the AStA's official Instagram account (@asta_hs .fulda).
- Tag two people in the comments on each giveaway post.
3. Participation period:
The participation period is stated in the caption of the respective competition post.
The competition generally runs every Friday to Sunday from the first Advent to Christmas Eve.
4. Selection of winners:
The winners will be randomly selected the following Tuesday after the end of the participation period and notified via Instagram direct message. The prize claim must be confirmed within 48 hours, otherwise a new winner will be drawn.
5. Announcement of winners:
By participating, the participant agrees that their name may be announced in a comment under the competition post after the draw.
6. Data protection:
The data provided will only be used to process the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
Questions, suggestions and complaints should be addressed exclusively to the organizer.
7. Exclusion:
In the event of violations of the conditions of participation or an attempt at technical manipulation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition. Profits can also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively.
8. Other regulations:
- The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. A cash payment is excluded.
- The organizer assumes no liability for technical or other problems that are beyond its control.
- Should the prize not be available for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute.
9. Legal process:
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Final provisions:
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining regulations remains unaffected.
